Payment Plans
Payment plans may be available through approved providers or directly through SALTZAH Collective.
Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.
Final Payment
Final payment is due by the date listed for your specific experience.
If payment is not received, your reservation may be canceled.
Participant Cancellations
Because accommodations, transportation, and experiences are reserved in advance, refunds are limited.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific retreat:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Payments may be transferable to another SALTZAH experience at the discretion of SALTZAH Collective.
- Refund eligibility may depend on whether your space can be filled.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Cancellation by SALTZAH Collective
SALTZAH Collective reserves the right to cancel or postpone an experience due to:
- Insufficient enrollment
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Safety concerns
- Illness of retreat leaders
- Other unforeseen circumstances
If SALTZAH cancels an experience before it begins, participants will receive either a refund of amounts paid to SALTZAH or a credit toward a future experience, as described for that retreat. SALTZAH is not responsible for airfare, hotels, travel arrangements, lost wages, or other third-party expenses unless required by law.
Itinerary Changes
Activities, accommodations, transportation, and schedules may change without prior notice due to weather, availability, safety considerations, or local conditions.
Reasonable substitutions may be made.
Room Assignments
Room selections are honored whenever possible but are not guaranteed.
Operational needs may require room changes before or during the experience.
Participant Removal
SALTZAH Collective reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe, abusive, illegal, discriminatory, or significantly disrupts the group experience.
No refund is guaranteed if removal becomes necessary.
Passport & Travel Documents
Participants are responsible for obtaining:
- Valid passport
- Required visas
- Entry documentation
- Travel insurance
- Compliance with destination requirements
